How we assess your business

We assess your business through a combination of in person discovery workshops and brainstorming sessions, plus our own desk based research and analysis of available market and competitive data.

Ahead of the discovery sessions we will provide you with a mutual NDA (non-disclosure agreement) that protects your intellectual property and ours.

As part of the assessment process we may request access to various items if these are available, including: product and technical information, market research or competitive data that you already have, the results of any testing or validation work already undertaken, copies of business plans and other relevant commercial information to help us understand your technology and GTM plans. During the assessment, you will have access to the confidential and secure SUM Client Portal, which will enable us to collaborate with you and share documents.
