GTM Roadmap

Our GTM Roadmap product provides you with powerful insights into your existing GTM strategy and capabilities, and delivers a high level GTM action plan or roadmap aligned with your wider strategic objectives.

A GTM Roadmap assessment is the required first step for all of our GTM Solutions based on the SUM Framework, but we also offer GTM Roadmaps as a stand alone service. The GTM Roadmap will also identify any problem areas that should be remedied straight away, plus it will provide you with a prioritised action plan, so that your time and money are targeted against the highest GTM priorities.

GTM Roadmap Premium

Premium is for companies which meet any of the criteria below:

  • Over £200k in annual revenues
  • 5 or more people in your team
  • Seed+ stage funding

Premium is ideal for companies that have secured external funding and are looking to expand revenues. If your company is in one of our focus industry sectors we may be able to offer a reduced rate. Please contact us to find out which sectors currently qualify for support.

Fastrack is for companies which meet all of the criteria below:

  • Pre-seed or bootstrap funding

As part of the assessment process, we will work with you to agree a meeting plan so that we can gather information from the founders and wider team.

Our policy is to always provide our GTM Roadmap customers with a clear, transparent and mutual NDA (non-disclosure agreement) that protects your intellectual property and ours.

We may request access to various items including: product and technical information, systems such as your CRM, copies of business plans, customer contracts and other commercial information to help us understand your technology and GTM plans. During the Assessment, you will have access to the confidential and secure SUM Client Portal, which will enable us to collaborate with you and share documents.

Areas that we assess include product market fit and product roadmap, messaging, TAM and ICP, competitive analysis, product pricing, value based selling, building pipeline, GTM team structures and compensation, GTM systems and processes, GTM motions, alliances, qualification, forecasting, deal structures, and customer success.

We conduct a thorough assessment, based on the SUM Framework, to ensure that we identify all factors impacting your GTM.

Following this process, you’ll know:

  • Potentially missed areas of your Problem-Solution Fit.
  • A sense check and analysis of your TAM, SOM, Product-Market Fit.
  • Our analysis of your current marketing strategy.
