How to build a Product that Sells

Designed for early stage founding teams

This course is aimed at founders of early-stage technology companies that are currently developing their product or building a minimum viable product.

As you develop your product, it’s essential for founding teams to plan early for commercialisation and recognise how future go-to-market strategy should shape today’s design decisions.

This course will equip you to confidently develop a product that meets the needs of your initial target market, and sets the foundation for broader adoption, as part of a cohesive product and go-to-market strategy.

This course is delivered by Scaleup Machine’s founders, Mark and Natalie who bring complimentary experience in sales leadership, legal, finance and business support, as well as experience founding and selling their own technology based business. View their profiles here.
